Rubies Limited aims to provide high quality services to vulnerable young people and adults in a pleasant home environment and provide them with fully integrated opportunities, in line with their individual needs, to enhance their development, health and safety and to provide them with the skills to lead successful, fulfilling and productive lives
Planned and 24/7 Emergency Care
When every day activities become too difficult to manage by ourselves, we often need our family and loved ones to chip in. Rubies Care Limited provides the support required to carry on with dignity, with the same love and care a family member would provide. This support includes Planned and 24/7 Emergency Care services.
Early Intervention and Problem solving
Early intervention, problem solving and group living form the daily ethos of Rubies Limited, which is based on respect, positive reinforcement and good role modelling and supporting outcomes. Underpinning our philosophy is our belief that all individuals have resilience, strengths and are capable of making changes, to engage and achieve, leading to them making more positive choices about their lives and their futures.
Meal Preparation
By the time many of our community members arrive at Rubies Care Limited, most require some degree of health and wellbeing monitoring. Our Supported Living Facility provides complimentary and customizable Meal Preparation services for everyone. By catering to the personal needs of each and everyone here, we hope to make Rubies Care Limited feel like home.
A Safe Haven
At Rubies Limited we aim to provide a safe and person-centred environment in which vulnerable young people and adults can develop and, if necessary, address problems that are impediments to a fulfilling and happy future. We aim to consider all aspects of the person’s well-being including physical, mental, emotional, health and the lifestyle choices they make.
Our Service Offer
We provide a full range of services to accommodate everyone. Qualified staff are available 24-hours a day, 7-days a week to attend to all of our community members’ personal and healthcare needs. We understand that additional assistance may be required, and that’s ok - it’s the reason we’re here.
PROMOTING INDEPENDENT LIVING IN YOUNGER PEOPLE
We support younger people, from the age of 16 years and over, to safe, comfortable, and fulfilling lives. Our support is built around promoting structure, routines and informed lifestyle choices carefully matched with the unique needs of each individual.
RESPITE CARE - GET THE DESERVED BREAK YOU NEED WHEN YOU NEED IT
At Rubies Care Limited, we understand that at some point, as a carer there are times when you need some time to yourself. As such access to respite care becomes integral to your carer role.
We therefore offer short-term respite or holiday break passage of care, ranging from a weekend, a few days, to even two weeks to a carer or family. Respite breaks can be both planned and ad hoc depending on circumstances. Respite care can take place either at our supported living units or in your own home.
DISABILITY CARE
We aim to provide care that enables people living with disabilities to live as independently and with as much dignity as possible. At the heart of our service in promoting disability care, we provide care tailor-made to the needs of the individual; we support people to make choices, and decisions about how they want to live their lives.
REABLEMENT CARE
At Rubies Care Limited, we recognise that following discharge from hospital after a serious illness, people ned to be supported to reintegrate theme into their independent lives. As such we offer to provide intermediate care, and short-term care that may be required following hospital admission, surgery, severe illness, accident etc. Our aim is to support people regain their independence after that period of care.
DOMICILIARY CARE
At Rubies Care Limited, we offer a diverse range of services, care and support packages aimed at providing support to people in their own homes. We value that people are more familiar and confident in their own homes and as such are better supported in their environment of familiarity. Our competent staff provide support through household tasks, personal care, companionship, and or any other activities aimed at promoting quality of life and independent living.
Our support is ongoing as required by the individual and is built around their unique needs.
