Our residents love spending long afternoons here while building connections with fellow seniors.

We hold ourselves to account for the quality of our provision and have clear ways to evidence this quality. Our Quality Team drives policy initiatives in consultation with the managers and staff and undertakes audits against standards and regulations. We consult with people supported, their families and other representatives to ensure we are meeting their expectations. We seek to be fully compliant with all relevant requirements of the law, including the CQC Expectations.

Our Therapeutic Services
We pride in delivering an enabling environment to enable vulnerable young people and adults with complex needs to achieve their full potential. As part of this therapeutic delivery, we aim to create opportunities for engagement and communication to improve and increase independence and quality of life for the people we support.
Positive Behavioural Support (PBS)
PBS is an approach that is used to develop an understanding of the challenging behaviour that maybe displayed by an individual, based on an assessment of the environment where it happens. We include a range of choices and views and the involvement of people important in a person’s life. This helps us develop and implement a personalised system of support that supports behaviour change and enhances the quality of life for a person in the long term.
Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) Working
Rubies Limited have a growing team within our Therapeutic Services. Our aim is to promote teamwork and sharing information to fully meet the individual, unique and holistic needs of each person. Through MDT working, our staff our capability to keep people safe, engaged, calm, and content. We aim to support individuals identify and develop lifelong skills.

WHAT WE OFFER
Rubies Care Limited aims to offer the best supported living services. All of our living options are customizable, and we provide a full range of services to accommodate everyone. Qualified staff are available 24-hours a day, 7-days a week to attend to all of our community members’ personal and healthcare needs. We understand that additional assistance may be required, and that’s ok - it’s the reason we’re here.
